Truly appreciate the miracle of who you are. The fact that you are alive, you have eyes to see, ears to hear, hands to touch, feet to walk, imagination that you can dream! Focus on being thankful for all you do have. You have water to quench your thirst, the sun that warms you and the air you breathe. As you practice being thankful, expand the list of things that you are thankful for: e.g. family, friends, clothes, food, etc.

Who is to Blame?

Yes, we are all in the blame game ever since the Garden of Eden.

And the snake is still the great accuser of the brethren. But praise God we have an advocate with the Father, our Great High Priest who ever lives to make intercession for us because He took our place and paid the price for our guilt. He became our scapegoat, we no longer need to play the blame game looking for a scapegoat for we already have one.

And so you see the snake still doesn’t have a leg to stand on!

Revelation 12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ:for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

What is a Half Truth?

images-7

Be wary of distorting or bending the truth. Be not deceived into thinking a half truth is partly true to ease your conscience or to protect yourself or another. Even the father of lies tells half truths just as he distorted God’s words to Adam and Eve.

Genesis 3:4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die.

Jesus warns the Pharisees in John 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, from the beginning, he abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own:for he is a liar, and the father of it.

But rather chose to speak the truth in love Ephesians 4:15

We might impress people with our strengths, but we connect with people through our weaknesses.

2 Corinthians 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee:for my strength is made perfect in weakness
