A ribbon of red cascading down the corridors of history,
A ribbon of blue unfurling from heaven,
Enveloped in wrapping of white swaddling clothes,
Sealed with a golden stamp of the Father’s approval
The wondrous gift is given.
Planned from the beginning of time.

Revelation 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock:if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
He comes bearing gifts of pardon, forgiveness, reconciliation, grace, mercy, peace, joy, and everlasting life. It is the only gift that truly keeps on giving.
What a blessing this morning to be celebrating Christmas at Life Austin in Texas with our daughter Kathleen, son-in-law David and grandsons Chernet and Miscanaw.
