What is Hidden Manna ?

As we all pray in the Lord’s Prayer “Give us this day our daily bread” we are seeking heavenly manna to sustain just as Israel did. When the Israelites found the miraculous food lying on the ground, “they said one to another, It is manna: for they wist not what it was. And Moses said unto them, this is the bread which the Lord hath given you to eat” Exodus 16:15 The word ‘manna’ means ‘what is it?’ Likewise as we look at the Word, we ask just like they did: ‘what is it?’And question: ‘what does this mean?’ May my short video on the topic “Hidden Manna” inspire and clarify this for you.

The Law of Multiplication for His Kingdom.

Dear Father

I pray today that the seed which you have placed in me will grow to fruition in my life, and that the seed will multiply as my life bears the fruit of the spirit that I may have seeds to give life to others.

Others cannot be influenced by or see the seed, but they can see the fruit. Help me, this day to walk and grow in a way that others may see your life in me.

Dear Child,

You cannot sow seed in others’ lives if there is no fruit in your life. The law of the universe is to bear seed after its own kind. If there is life in a seed, it will grow, blossom and bear fruit, which is filled with seeds after its own kind.  

There is resurrection life in the seed which I have planted in you, yield that it might grow, blossom and bear fruit, that you may have spiritual seeds to give to others.

                                                Thus saith Papa

A seed that does not germinate, grow and bear fruit will remain only one seed. But if the seed which God planted in our lives does germinate, grow and mature to the fruit of the spirit we will have abundant seeds to sow into other’s lives which is the law of multiplication for His Kingdom. 

Genesis 1:11-12  And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

How Awesome!

On our two hour ride down to Philadelphia today for a checkup with my cardiac surgeon we drove through some beautiful winter scenery. The dark dreary winter suddenly became a sunny winter wonderland with boughs hanging low laden with fresh fallen snow against a backdrop of clear blue skies. How awesome!

It was a window to my soul from my heavenly Papa where He had taken my dark dreary winter of years of heart problems, surgeries and stroke to a sunny day when the boughs of my life would be laden with blessings against the backdrop of a total clean bill of health from the surgeon today.

I can look back on those days praising God for, as Andre Crouch penned “If I never had my problems I would never know what faith in God could do.” How awesome!

Overcoming Anxiety and Stress

Matthew  6:34 Be not therefore anxious for the morrow: for the morrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

In a world that is filled with worry, anxiety and time deadlines I want to encourage others how important it is to invest precious quiet time with God through my book “DEVELOPING A SECRET HISTORY WITH GOD”. Available from Barnes / Amazon

Page 118 of the book reads “When I learned to yield not only myself but also my time to the Lord, I began to understand the purpose of those few still moments. I prayed this prayer: 

During these quiet moments of intimacy with You each day, the stresses and cares of this world seem so insignificant, as I spend some time with You in your time zone of eternity. Help me today to redeem my time and be a wise servant during my pilgrim walk in the earthly time zones that I am restricted to. 

The Lord exhorted me with this word: 

Child,
In eternity there is no time, and therefore no time limits or deadlines, there is only eternity. Only in earthly time zones are there limits and deadlines to meet, which brings stresses and anxiety. Through this testing, child, learn the lessons of balance, responsibility and priority. Learn to live according to eternity and keep your spiritual eyes on the “big picture” and fix your heart on Me, for only I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.There is nothing of worth outside of Me, there is nothing of value outside of eternity. Thus saith Papa.”


Philippians 4:6-7 In nothing be anxious; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

How Rich Are You?

It has often been said “Money might make you wealthy, but friends make you rich.”

Genesis 2:18 It is not good that man should be alone. 

 

We were created to be social beings needing the company of each other.

Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow:but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up.

Friends are God’s way of taking care of you.

Proverbs 18:24 A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly.

In turn you can be God’s Hand extended to others.

C.S. Lewis defined it so well “Friendship is unnecessary, like philosophy, like art… It has no survival value;

 but rather it is one of those things that give value to survival.”
